The production of the fast sliding copper rod breakdown machine integrates related processes such as uncoiling, leveling, forming, cutting, punching, and receiving. The surface of the drawing block is coated with tungsten carbide, which has high hardness, wear resistance and long service life. The double-drive wire drawing machine and the dead block are driven separately, and the replacement of all molds is simple and convenient. Its operation modes include automatic control, manual control, separation operation and emergency stop. The fast sliding copper rod breakdown machine is used to draw copper rods from 8.0mm to 1.5-4.0mm, and the outgoing wire can be taken up by a double take-up device or a coiler.
