Product Information

The gaseous oxygen enrichment air separation plant produces enriched oxygen through the combination of air compression, adsorption purification and low temperature distillation. It adopts a special process and uses low-temperature rectification to condense the air into liquid, and separate the air according to the difference of the evaporation temperature of each component. The double-stage rectification tower obtains pure nitrogen and pure oxygen at the top and bottom of the upper tower at the same time. Liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen can also be taken out from the evaporation side and the condensation side of the main cooling, respectively.


The air is separated in the lower tower of the gaseous oxygen enrichment air separation plant to obtain liquid nitrogen and oxygen-enriched liquid air; the oxygen-enriched liquid air is sent to the upper tower for rectification to obtain pure oxygen and pure nitrogen. The two sections of the upper tower are bounded by the air liquid feed port and are divided into two parts. The upper part is the rectification section, which rectifies the rising gas, recovers the oxygen components, and purifies the nitrogen purity, and the lower section is the stripping section, which separates the nitrogen components in the liquid and improves the oxygen purity of the liquid.
